Knowledge Area
If
you absorbed the last section, you will be able to identify the
significance of a "hyperlink history" when surfing and be able
to use techniques to utilise your browser link history. However, you
will also be aware that this history is only available during a session,
and once the browser has been switched off the history is wiped
clean. Fortunately,
Explorer contains a facility which can stored a longer history of
the web sites you have visited. As your browser logs your
session history, "History" logs the session for the whole
of the day and not just for a particular session, and so you can
view this history for a longest time period.

company time and money! |
